THE FLASH Final Season Welcomes Returning Characters

The final season of The Flash is just a month from debut and we are getting details on some returning major characters.

The first returning face will be Keiynan Lonsdale who plays Wally West/Kid Flash. He returns in the ninth episode of season 9 which looks to be a major team up. Actor, director and Arrow alumni David Ramsey returns in the same episode to reprise his role as John Diggle/Spartan. The threat that brings the old allies back is Bloodwork played by Sendhil Ramamurthy. He appeared in season 6 of The Flash.

Showrunner Eric Wallace talked about his enthusiasm and the reason for the inclusion of these characters:

Spartan Returns

So, of course, it was a no-brainer to have Diggle join Team Flash in our final season! So, get ready for a very emotional reunion as John Diggle aka Spartan helps protect Central City alongside Team Flash one, last time.

Kid Flash Is Here
