DC’S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW Releases Season 6 Trailer

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow is back now with added aliens and a season 6 teaser trailer.

Having spent last season trying to track down the Loom of Fate in order to bring back their slain comrades, the Legends must now save history from a foe like none they’ve encountered in the past or future. Co-captains of the time-ship Waverider Sara Lance and Ava Sharpe have dealt with monsters, time anomalies, and most recently, villains from Hell, but this season they will face something even more challenging and bizarre … space aliens!

This season will see the Waverider flying through time to find that aliens have in fact always been among us. The new season also sees a new Legend join the crew. Here’s their description:

Lisseth Chavez is Esperanza “Spooner” Cruz, who lives off the grid, devising ingenious tech for the detection of — and defence against — space aliens. A survivor of a childhood alien encounter, Spooner now believes she has the ability to communicate telepathically with aliens — making her the perfect recruit for the Legends.

This season sees a number of Arrowverse stars past and present stepping into the Director’s chair. Caity Lotz will direct 6×05 The Satanist’s Apprentice, David Ramsey directs 6×08 Stressed Western and Jes Macallan directs 6×11. Maisie Richardson will return to the show to direct an episode too.

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow returns on May 2nd 2021.
