The CW’s Superman & Lois is in Vancouver filming the season finale entitled “It Went By So Fast”.
This signals the end of an era with Vancouver having spent decades playing cities from DC Comics. Smallville, Star City and Metropolis to name a few. Bitsie Tulloch broke the news that on social media also revealing the name of the final episode. Season 4 will consist of 10 episodes.
Season 4 will see substantial changes with the regular season cast reduced sharply from previous seasons. That along with production costs being reduced will hopefully not hinder the final season of the show. The final season and the end of the Arrowverse with this being the last show connected to DC/CW era.
Superman & Lois stars Tyler Hoechlin, Bitsie Tulloch, Alex Garfin, Michael Bishop and Michael Cudlitz. The final season sees many of the previous cast recurring as well as some new faces. This lineup includes Wolé Parks, Emmanuelle Chriqui., Inde Navarrette., Erik Valdez, Sofia Hasmik, Taylor Buck, Dylan Walsh and Yvonne Chapman.
Todd Helbing and Brent Fletcher serve as co-showrunners. Berlanti Productions and Warner Bros. Television produce the show. Filming started on 11 January 2024 and will continue until 22 April 2024.
Superman & Lois is set for a Fall 2024 premiere.
