SIGHT UNSEEN Season 2 set To Premiere This January

Sight Unseen Season 2 is set to debut next month on CTV.

Sight Unseen centres on Tess Avery (Dolly Lewis), a top homicide detective on the rise. Until she’s forced to quit her job after nearly killing her partner Jake Campbell (Daniel Gilles). Tess has developed the same eye condition that affected her mother. Haunted by a case she left behind, and unwilling to accept her diagnosis, Tess forms an unorthodox partnership with a remote seeing eye guide, Sunny Patel (Agam Darshi), to continue her work.

In season 2 suspense is the primary currency in the new season. Tess Avery and Sunny Patel juggle solving thrilling new cases, the unique dynamics of their unorthodox partnership, and challenges within their personal lives.

Central Cast

Dolly Lewis as Tess Burke – a former homicide detective losing her sight due to a rapid onset eye disease.

Agam Darshi as Sunny Patel — the agoraphobe visual assistance guide who helped Tess navigate her surroundings via GPS and video from 3,000 miles away in NYC.

Daniel Gillies as Jake — Tess’s former homicide detective partner. They continued to solve crimes together but with her as an outsider and him inside the force.

Season 2 filming ran from 09 September 2024 through to 22 November 2024.  Karen and Nikolijne Troubetzkoy created Sight Unseen. Sisters Troubetzkoy Productions, Blink49 Studios, Front Street Pictures and CTV are producers on the project.

Sight Unseen Season 2 will premiere on 20 January 2025 only on CTV. The show previously was part of a co-production with the CW but there is no word of that continuing for season 2.
