Reacher Spinoff NEAGLEY Begins Filming In Toronto

The Neagley spinoff has begun filming in Toronto as Reacher returns for Season 3 on Prime Video.

We have known about the spinoff starring Maria Sten for some time. However, now we have more details including a story outline.

Frances Neagley (Maria Sten) is a private investigator in Chicago and former military colleague of Jack Reacher (Alan Ritchson) in the Army’s 110th Special Investigations Unit. When she learns that a beloved friend from her past has been killed in a suspicious accident, she becomes hell bent on justice. Using everything, she’s learned from Jack Reacher and her time as a member of the 110 Special Investigators, Neagley puts herself on a dangerous path to uncover a menacing evil.

Season 3 of Reacher premiered this week with the first three episodes now available on Prime Video. This season of the action thriller adapts the novel Persuader. This time the former military investigator goes undercover to assist the DEA.

Maria Sten is a Danish actor, writer, director and former pageant winner. Her previous writing credits include two episodes of ABC’s Big Sky. Sten also had major roles in Swamp Thing and Channel Zero.

Neagley is currently filming in Toronto; shooting began on 18 February 2025 and will run until 17 June 2025. Nick Santora and Nicholas Wootton are co-showrunners on the spinoff. The duo will executive produce and co-showrun the spinoff, produced by Amazon MGM Studios, Skydance Television and CBS Studios.
