ANYTHING BUT GHOSTS Begins Vancouver Production

Anything But Ghosts, the upcoming supernatural horror from Curry Baker has begun production in Vancouver.

Curry Baker will direct and co-star in the feature. Baker and Cooper Tomlinson wrote the script with Tomlinson also co-starring. Baker and Tomlinson are instantly recognisable from sketch comedy YouTube channel That’s A Bad Idea. The channel is currently sitting on 1.12 million subscribers.

Since establishing themselves as a successful YouTube team, Baker has gone on to write and direct two horror films Milk & Serial and Obsession.

The film follows two fake paranormal investigators who must face actual ghosts while dealing with the deception of their own fraudulent business.

Blumhouse’s Jason Blum and Spooky Pictures’ Roy Lee and Steven Schneider will produce the feature, along with Adam Hendricks and Greg Gilreath for Divide/Conquer. Filming began in Vancouver on 9 March 2026 and will continue until 11 April 2026.
