Canadian Screen Awards 2021 Retrospective: Frankie Drake Mysteries Coroner among TV Shows nominees and winners

Two of Hollywood North News favourite Canadian shows were among the the winners and nominees among a very diverse and talented array of productions and performers during the awards that took place in May 2021. From Coroner, Including Roger Cross-Best Actor Nominee, Tamara Podemski-Best Supporting Actress and many more. Frankie Drake Mysteries had one of their own in actress Chantel Riley as the Canadian Screen Awards cover girl-(Above Picture). The Canadian Screen Awards brings together and celebrates its best talents from behind and in front of the camera, both shows did well considering the Canadian powerhouses they were up against such as Schitt’s Creek and Kim’s Convenience.

Frankie Drake Mysteries had Mina Shum nominated for Best Direction in a drama series, Jenifur Jarvis for Best Costume Design, Sharon Matthews for Best Supporting Actress and talented veteran- Wendy Crewson below:
