CBS Original Tracker starring Justin Hartley looks to resume production this month in Vancouver.
Tracker‘s series order was put on hold with the SAG-AFTRA strike but now looks to get back on track. It looks to meet a premiere date post Superbowl.
The show is based on the thriller The Never Game by Jeffrey Deaver.
Tracker follows lone-wolf survivalist Colter Shaw (Justin Hartley), who roams the country as a “reward seeker,” using his expert tracking skills to help private citizens and law enforcement solve all manner of mysteries while contending with his own fractured family.
Check out the Trailer below.
The show stars Justin Hartley, Robin Weigert, Abby McEnany, Eric Graise, Fiona Rene and Mary McDonnell.
The Cast
Robin Weigert is former rock music touring manager Teddi Bruin, who is one half of the couple that runs Colter’s “back end”: seeking out new jobs, keeping track of the money, occasionally getting him sprung from jail.
Abby McEnany plays Velma Bruin, the other half of the couple that runs Colter’s “back end” out of a spare room in their Florida home.
Eric Graise is Colter’s resource and sparring partner Bob Exley, a computer scientist with a high-end boutique security company. Fiona Rene plays lawyer Reenie Greene, who wants to be mad at Colter for a previous, mutual lapse in judgment, but against her better judgment continues to represent him.
