APTN have secured a very impressive 30 Canadian Screen Awards nominations ahead of the annual ceremonies in March.
Looking through the varied nominations the standout is drama series Little Bird. The limited series follows Bezhig Little Bird (Darla Contois) as she embarks on a path to find her birth family. While doing so she uncovers the hidden truth of her family history.

Canadian Screen Week
The award winners will be announced during Canadian Screen Week, taking place from May 28 to 31, 2024 in Toronto.
The Canadian Academy produces the Canadian Screen Awards, bringing together the screen-based industry annually to celebrate the country’s top talent in the film, television and digital sectors at Canadian Screen Week. In 2013, the Canadian Screen Awards were born as the result of a merger of the Academy’s Gemini and Genie Awards, which, respectively, honoured English-language television and film.
