Mexico massive entertainment expo CCXP played host to the The Boys Season 4 Trailer review.
Victoria Neuman is closer than ever to the Oval Office and under the muscly thumb of Homelander, who is consolidating his power. Butcher, with only months to live, has lost Becca’s son and his job as The Boys’ leader. The rest of the team are fed up with his lies. With the stakes higher than ever, they have to find a way to work together and save the world before it’s too late.”
Redemption?
“I look back on my life, and all I see are the messes I’ve made and I ain’t got time to fix it. I can do one thing right with the time I’ve got left, but I can’t do it alone, I can’t do it without you.”
Fans of the show will know that William ‘Billy’ Butcher is a man staring his own mortality in the face. After taking Temp V during the events of season 3 he likely has months left to live. We see in the trailer his apology to the team after they kicked him out over his manipulation and lies.
Crossovers and Team Ups
Cate and Sam from spinoff show Gen Z appear in the trailer as well. We know that the virus that targets supes will have a big part to play this season. Hopefully we’ll also get to see what happened to the rest of our favourite up and comers who found themselves locked up at the end of the season.
The Boys stars Karl Urban Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Chace Crawford, Karen Fukuhara and Claudia Doumit Jack Quaid, Jessie T. Usher, Laz Alonso, Tomer Capone, Colby Minifie and Cameron Crovetti.
The Boys Season 4 premieres on June 13 with three episodes hitting Prime Video that day, followed by one episode each week until the finale on July 18.
