SLASHER Renewed For Season 6

Horror anthology Slasher will return for a sixth season.

Shudder, the Horror streamer, greenlit the renewal for the Canada produced show. Showrunner Adam MacDonald and creator/head writer Aaron Martin will return to their roles next season. Slasher is a horror series where each season a new set of characters finds themselves hunted by a mysterious killer.

In season 5 the mayhem and murder took place in 19th Century Toronto as a killer named “The Widow” hunted the elite of the city. Check out a trailer for Slasher: Ripper below

Season 6

Season 6 will revolve around a group of true crime obsessives. They are invited to the opening weekend of the newly renovated Coldwater Motel, the site of a 30-year-old unsolved mass murder. History repeats itself when the guests start dying one by one in a murder spree that is even more gruesome than the original.

Familiar Faces

The anthology series sees a number of actors who played multiple roles across the different seasons. Christopher Jacot, Joanne Vannicola and Paula Branccanti are three of the actors who played major characters across multiple seasons of the series.

Favourite Season
