
Fans of the most famous detective duo in the world can see how the detective changed the doctor with the premiere of Watson.

Watson takes place six months after the death of his friend and partner Sherlock Holmes at the hands of Moriarty. The show stars Morris Chestnut as Dr. John Watson who resumes his medical career as the head of a clinic dedicated to treating rare disorders.
Watson’s old life isn’t done with him, though. Moriarty and Watson are set to write their own chapter of a story that has fascinated audiences for more than a century. Watson is a medical show with a strong investigative spine, featuring a modern version of one of history’s greatest detectives as he turns his attention from solving crimes to solving medical mysteries.
Cast

Morris Chestnut plays Dr. John Watson, Eve Harlow plays Dr. Ingrid Derian. Peter Mark Kendall plays both Dr. Stephen Croft and Dr. Adam Croft. Finally, Inga Schlingmann plays Dr. Sasha Lubbock and Rochelle Aytes, who portrays Dr. Mary Morstan.

Filming for Watson took place in Vancouver at the Bridge Studios. Shooting ran from 17 June through 22 November 2024. Larry Teng directed the Pilot. The Executive Producers are Craig Sweeny, Morris Chestnut, Sallie Patrick, Larry Teng, Shäron Moalem MD, PhD, Aaron Kaplan and Brian Morewitz.
Premieres after the AFC Championship Game on Sunday, 26 Jan 2025. The series will move to its regular time (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on Sunday, 16 Feb 2-25. It will be available to watch on the CBS Television Network and streaming on Paramount+. This includes live and on demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers.
