Lovina, co-director and star of our favourite Canadian short Red String of Fate, is set to collaborate with TITAN1STUDIOS on a new action RPG called The Horror.
A Kickstarter on the project launched earlier today. Kickstarter and similar sites allow those interested in a creative project to invest in it directly prior to launch. Those backing generally receive special perks like founder’s packs or credits.
The Horror is a dark, action-packed ARPG that fuses the strategic depth of Diablo II with the terrifying atmosphere of 70s–90s VHS-era horror.
Players step into a twisted world where supernatural forces and psychological dread collide. As manifestations of iconic horror archetypes you’ll carve your way through corrupted environments, facing enemies, from timid humans to unnatural abominations.
The Team
Our team has over a century of combined experience in building and shipping titles. From working on the Grand Theft Auto series and winning BAFTAs for sound design to day one VR launch titles and beyond. Here is just some of the crew:
