Peter Outerbridge (The Expanse) is set to join the cast of Batwoman in the second half of season two.

Outerbridge plays Roman Sionis, aka Black Mask a well known Batman foe. By day, Roman is a pragmatic and charismatic CEO who plays the “white knight” against Gotham’s corrupt systems. As Black Mask, an evil mastermind with a deep hatred of The Crows and masked vigilantes. He is willing to tear down Gotham to enact his revenge.
The Toronto born actor has had over 130 appearances in film and TV. His resume includes shows like The Expanse and Designated Survivor.
Season two of Batwoman features an all new woman behind the cowl. After the disappearance of Kate Kane, Ryan Wilder (Javicia Leslie) a con trying to get her life back after the death of her mother stumbles onto the Batsuit. As Luke and Mary struggle to deal with what happened to Kate new dangers appear in Gotham.
Sunday’s episode finally brought an end to our collective speculation. Kate Kane is alive and currently somewhere in Gotham having survived the plane bombing albeit having suffered facial disfigurement. After the episode we learned that Wallis Day (Krypton) will be playing this new Kate and we will learn more about what she went to in the second half of season two.
