
Elle, the upcoming Legally Blonde prequel from Amazon MGM Studios has revealed its cast.

Elle herself, Reese Witherspoon told fans what to expect from the show.
“Fans will get to know how Elle Woods navigated her world as a teenager with her distinct personality and ingenuity in ways that only our beloved Elle could do. What could be better than that?!”
“Before she became the most famous Gemini vegetarian to graduate from Harvard Law, she was just a regular ‘90s high school girl. And all of you are going to get to know her…”
Joining Elle are Tom Everett Scott and June Diane Raphael, they will play Ell’s parents. Lexi Minetree will play Elle Woods, her casting announced by Reese via her social media in February.

Gabrielle Policano (Baby Girl), Jacob Moskovitz (Y2K) and Chandler Kinney (Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin) are the latest additions to the cast revealed by Deadline. Policano will portray ‘Liz,’ the anti-Elle Woods. Moskovitz has been cast as ‘Miles,’ the school’s star athlete who is charmed by Elle. Kinney will play ‘Kimberly,’ a sharp-tongued senior who is not a fan of the show’s titular character.
Legally Blonde premiered in 2001 with Reese Wetherspoon in the starring role. The film had a massive effect on the pop culture and spawned two sequels and a musical.
Filming will run from 31 March 2025 through to 22 July 2025. Shooting will take place in Vancouver.
Laura Kittrell, who will also serve as showrunner and executive producer. Kittrell recently worked as a writer and executive producer on the Amazon Freevee exclusive series “High School” from Clea DuVall and pop duo Tegan and Sara, with previous credits on “Insecure” and “Black Monday.”
