We have more casting news for The Boys spinoff Vought Rising with Cecily Strong, Mark Pellegrino, Eric Johnson & Annie Shapero joining the cast.

Vought Rising is a twisted murder mystery about the origins of Vought in the 1950s, the early exploits of Soldier Boy, and the diabolical manoeuvres of a Supe known to fans as Stormfront, who was then going by the name Clara Vought.
Cecily Strong (Saturday Night Live), Mark Pellegrino (American Rust), Eric Johnson (Fifty Shades franchise), and Annie Shapero (House of the Dragon) are set for recurring roles.
While we have a few updates on casting there is still a lot we don’t know. The plot information came from Eric Kripke and Paul Grellong at Comic-Con 2024. There have been no real updates since then accept for new casting announcements.
The show will be anchored by Aya Cash and Jensen Ackles. Both reprising their roles with Ackles appearing as Soldier Boy, the first non-aging American Supe, created by Frederick Vought during World War II.
Vought Rising has been in production since August. The plan being to have the show out before The Boys finale season. There is also another spinoff The Boys: Mexico. Cash and Ackles are producing the show. The Boys EP Grellong showrunning and exec producing alongside The Boys‘ creator, showrunner, EP and writer Kripke.
