Announced as the final season of The Boys begins, the superhero satire has added Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Emma Elle Paterson and Dylan Colton.

The three new cast members will comprise the roster of Vought’s youth superhero team Teenage Kix. Ely Henry will play a new super called the Worm.
This is what’s cooking in the last season of the popular superhero show:
It’s Homelander’s world, completely subject to his erratic, egomaniacal whims. Hughie, Mother’s Milk, and Frenchie are imprisoned in a ‘Freedom Camp.’ Annie struggles to mount a resistance against the overwhelming supe force. Kimiko is nowhere to be found. But when Butcher reappears, ready and willing to use a virus that will wipe all supes off the map, he sets in motion a chain of events that will forever change the world and everyone in it. It’s the climax, people. Big stuff’s gonna happen.
Ramakrishnan plays Countess Crow, Paterson is Sheline and Colton plays a Vought hero named Jetstreak. Their team exists to appeal to the teen demographic. Maitreyi Ramakrishnan starred as Devi Vishwakumar in Never Have I Ever on Netflix for four seasons. She also appeared in satirical drama Slanted more recently. Emma Elle Paterson can be seen in the first season of Netflix BET. Dylan Colton recently recurred in Prime Video thriller 56 Days.
We already know that Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins will guest-star in the series and appear with Jensen Ackles for a Supernatural reunion.
Filming for the final season took place in Toronto starting on 25 November 2024 and ran through to 1 July 2025.
The Boys is based on the comic book series by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, who also serve as executive producers, and developed by executive producer and showrunner Eric Kripke.
