The Copenhagen Test starring Simu Liu and Melissa Berrera has been cancelled after one season by Peacock. Variety released the news first.

The spy thriller is an original idea from creator Thomas Brandon. He also served as co-showrunner, writer and executive producer. Jennifer Yale was also a writer, executive producer, and co-showrunner.
First-generation Chinese-American intelligence analyst Alexander Hale (Liu) realizes his brain has been hacked, giving the perpetrators access to everything he sees and hears. Caught between his shadowy agency and the unknown hackers, he must maintain a performance 24/7 to flush out who’s responsible and prove where his allegiance lies.

- Melissa Barrera played Michelle, a deceptive character who will keep everyone guessing.
- Sinclair Daniel as Parker, an intelligence officer swept up into a new world she must figure out quickly;
- Brian D’Arcy James as John Moira, a boss and mentor who is not afraid to make tough decisions
- Mark O’Brien as Cobb, an ambitious intelligence agent
- Kathleen Chalfant as St. George, a quiet leader focused on the long game.
Filming for the project took place in Toronto running from 21 October 2024 through to 11 March 2025.
Unfortunately for the show which premiered on 27 December 2026 with all episodes available at once. The show only appeared once in the Nielsen ratings and charted at No. 10 of their streaming originals chart before failing to chart on any major chart in the following weeks.
