From Final Season is now in production in Nova Scotia as the critically acclaimed horror series starring Harold Perrineau ends its run.

FROM unravels the mystery of a nightmarish town in middle America that traps all those who enter. As the unwilling residents fight to keep a sense of normalcy and search for a way out, they must also survive the threats of the surrounding forest – including the terrifying creatures that come out when the sun goes down.

The series begins when the Matthews family (father Jim, mother Tabitha, daughter Julie and son Ethan) arrive in town and discover they’re trapped like everyone else.

Jeff Pinkner serves as the showrunner on the series. Russo Brothers, MGM+ Studios, Epix Studio are the producers.

Filming takes place in Halifax, Nova Scotia and ran from 6 July 2026 through to 2 November 2026. Shooting takes place in a purpose built “town”on an abandoned radar base. As if it wasn’t spooky enough already without that setting
