What’s Filming This Month In Vancouver

This is just that time of year when we start thinking about the new slate of TV shows about to appear on our screens. But filming on TV and Film never really ends so let’s take a look at projects filming this month in Vancouver.

Below are just some of the higher profile TV shows and films that are shooting in the entertainment production hub of Vancouver.

God Of War – Seasons 1 and 2

The God of War TV adaptation of the bestselling video game franchise has been through it. Original star Ryan Hurst had to bow out after a serious injury during filming. Dave Bautista will replace him with the entire production having to start again from scratch to incorporate the new lead.

Filming began in February 2026 and because of these issues is likely to run until 7 April 2027.

Off Campus – Season 2

Off Campus has proven to be a major hit for Prime Video. So it makes sense that season 2 is already well under way filming. The show follows the romances of the Briar University hockey team and the partners who shake up their lives. The show will focus on a new love story every season as these characters experience the ups and downs of love, friendship, and the complexities of young adulthood.

Season 2 began shooting 2 June 2026 and will wrap up 18 September 2026

Scrubs Season 2

Beloved hospital based comedy Scrubs is back with this continuation currently shooting its second season. The current run seems to be going pretty well with the decision to renew coming quite quickly. Zach Braff, Sarah Chalke, Donald Faison and John C. McGinley all return on the show, filming from 20 July 2026 through to 19 October 2026.

Private Eyes: West Coast Season 1

Another franchise hoping to return to its former glory is Private Eyes: West Coast which sees our detective duo now confirmed as a couple living in Victoria. Angie Everett (Cindy Sampson) and Matt Shade (Jason Priestley) find themselves drawn back into their old work as detectives after getting involved in a murder.

Filming on the project ran from22 July 2026 through to 25 September 2026.

Rookie North – Season 1

This new ABC police procedural is a spinoff of the hit series The Rookie and stars Jay Ellis as Alex Holland. The series follows Holland who becomes the oldest rookie in a Washington State police department. Vancouver stands in for Washington State for the series.

The 10-episode series began production back on 11 August 2026 and is slated to finish up shooting 23 November 2026.
