Aimeé Teegarden has signed a major deal with Crown Media Family Networks.
Teegarden appeared in Friday Night Lights but has also starred in Star Crossed for the CW and Notorious. The California born actress has numerous other film and TV credits to her name.
Lisa Hamilton Daly, Executive Vice President, Programming, Crown Media Family Networks had this to say about the deal:

Teegarden had this to say about the deal.
“Getting to work with Hallmark on projects that are both heartwarming and inspirational has been a dream come true. I’m ecstatic to continue.”
Her next project for Hallmark is Heart of the Matter, a new original premiering in May on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. This will not be Teegarden’s first film for Hallmark her previous work for Hallmark Channel includes starring in My Christmas Family Tree, A New Year’s Resolution, as well as Once Upon a Christmas Miracle for Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.
The fight between Crown Media (Hallmark) and GAC (formerly Great American Country). Both networks have been announcing major signings as they battle to be the first choice for family friendly viewing.
