This is the first of two events that MCM Comic Con will have at the Excel London. The next event will take place October 28-30. Getting back to the weekend though the show is a celebration of geek culture. TV, film, comics, merch and cosplay plus so much more.
Post Covid
MCM Comic Con returned last October which we also attended back then though there were a number of Covid restrictions in place. The event required a Covid Pass and there was enhanced social distancing. This event serves as one of the first large scale event to take place with no restrictions.

Janet Varney and Dante Basco, the voices of Korra and Prince Zuko took part in two panels over the weekend. Check out Twitter for our live tweet of the first panel. Janet and Dante host Braving The Elements the official Avatar/Korra and they brought that podcast to MCM with a live episode.
Pop Asia Performances
Although I’ve been to numerous MCMs I have rarely had the time to visit PopAsia. This time I made a special effort to take in some of the performances. Check out some photos and videos below.
