Christmas In Toyland a new Hallmark Original is coming as part of Hallmark’s annual Christmas In July event.
Vanessa Lengies (Turner & Hooch) and Jesse Hutch (Batwoman) star in this Christmas romance tale.
Synopsis
Charlie (Lengies), a data analyst at a large toy store chain, finds out the company is planning to transition the business exclusively online. However, when she discovers one of those brick-and-mortar stores is outperforming the rest, she is sent to find out why.
If Charlie can figure out what is so special about this particular store, she might be able to save hundreds of jobs and keep the magic of the toy store experience alive. Once there, she meets the friendly, but stubborn store manager, Grant (Hutch). It turns out the store’s secret to success is the welcoming atmosphere he creates. In fact, he makes his toy store a popular destination for the whole community.

The film also stars Elva Mai Hoover, Beatrice Schneider, Laura Amersey, Elena V. Wolfe, Imali Perera and Benjamin Sutherland. It comes from Vortex Produtions and was filmed in Hamilton Ontario.
