Vought Rising, the next step in The Boys extended universe, revealed new character photos that we can share.

Vought Rising is “a twisted murder mystery about the origins of Vought in the 1950s, the early exploits of Soldier Boy, and the diabolical maneuvers of a Supe known to fans as Stormfront, who was then going by the name Clara Vought,” Kripke and Grellong said when the series was ordered last summer.

The series stars Jensen Ackles (Soldier Boy), Mason Dye (Bombsight), Will Hochman (Torpedo), and Elizabeth Posey (Private Angel).

Vought Rising also stars Aya Cash (Stormfront), KiKi Layne, Jorden Myrie, Nicolò Pasetti, Ricky Staffieri, and Brian J. Smith.

The show films in Toronto with shooting beginning this week, running from 18 August 2025 through to 27 February 2026.

Vought Rising will star Aya Cash and Jensen Ackles, who will also serve as producers. Paul Grellong will serve as showrunner and executive producer. Eric Kripke, Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, James Weaver, Neal H. Moritz, Pavun Shetty, Ori Marmur, Ken Levin, Jason Netter, Garth Ennis, Darick Robertson, Michaela Starr, and Jim Barnes also serve as executive producers on the series. The series is produced by Sony Pictures Television and Amazon MGM Studios, in association with Kripke Enterprises, Point Grey Pictures, and Original Film.
