Osgood Perkins Horror KEEPER Releases New Trailer

Osgood Perkins is back with his unique brand of dark thriller, this time with Keeper.

Keeper follows a couple as they escape for a romantic anniversary weekend at a secluded cabin. When Malcolm (Rossif Sutherland) suddenly returns to the city, Liz (Tatiana Maslany) finds herself isolated and in the presence of an unspeakable evil that unveils the cabin’s horrifying secrets.

Maslany starred in indie sci-fi hit series Orphan Black which has a massive fanbase. She played a number of characters all clones who were previously unaware of each other’s existence as a strange conspiracy is uncovered.

Sutherland is coming off the first season of his new mystery drama Murder In A Small Town. The show airs on Fox in the US and is part of a new approach to lower cost dramas by the network. The show will returns for Season 2 next month.

Osgood Perkins has now filmed three horrors in Vancouver. First was Longlegs, telling the story of Maika Monroe’s young FBI Agent hunting down Nicolas Cage’s creepy-as-hell Longlegs serial killer. The film was a surprise hit with an impressive box office return on its meagre $10 million budget.

Keeper filmed next with The Monkey shot after that. The horror is based on a Stephen King story and starred Theo James as twins. The twins come together again when an old haunted toy linked to a series of grisly deaths in their past somehow turns up again.

Filming on the horror film took place in Vancouver and ran from 6 November 2023 through to 4 December 2023. Osgood directs with writing by Nick Lepard.

Keeper opens in theaters on 14 November 2025.
