Erika Prevost (Saint-Pierre) will join YA adaptation Into The Deep Blue, joining leads Sara Waiglass and Damian Hardung.

The story follows Fiona (Waisglass) and Nick (Hardung), who meet in group therapy and become best friends. Both are struggling to piece their lives together after experiencing loss. Things are really bad, and the last thing they require is to fall in love. However, a weekend trip brings their deepening feelings for each other to the surface, and they would rather cut each other off than face each other.
Erika will play May, Fiona’s best friend and co-worker, who lives in a world of parties, hookups and social appearances.

Into The Deep Blue is an adaptation of the coming of age novel of the same name by Jennifer E. Archer. The book released in September 2025 with excerpts of the novel appearing in Cosmopolitan.
Archer has adapted the story for the screen with Jonathan Wright set to direct. The film is being produced by Michael Baker, Archer, and Jonathan Wright
Filming on the project will begin in March 2026 in Hamilton, Ontario.
