HNN SPOTLIGHT – Shay Mitchell

Shay Mitchell burst onto the scene starring in YA hit show Pretty Little Liars and has leveraged that buzz into a number of businesses.

Mitchell isn’t just an actor, she is the owner of BÉIS a designer travel brand. She is also a published author, former model and owner of Onda a sparkling tequila brand. Well described as one of the busiest people in show business I became aware of her punishing schedule following her on social media during her time on Pretty Little Liars.

Pretty Little Liars was the first project I saw her in and while the show has its issues it was one of the higher profile shows with a LGBT lead. Her character Emily went on quite the journey and resonated well with the fandom.
