
Disney+ has renewed Percy Jackson and The Olympians for Season 3, ahead of the Season 2 premiere.

In fact, Season 2 recently completed production last month; it will focus on book 2 ‘The Sea of Monsters’. Season 3 will adapt the story of the third book ‘The Titan’s Curse’.
In Season 2, Percy Jackson returns to Camp Half-Blood one year later to find his world turned upside down. His friendship with Annabeth is changing, he learns he has a cyclops for a brother, Grover has gone missing, and camp is under siege from the forces of Kronos. Percy’s journey to set things right will take him off the map and into the deadly Sea of Monsters, where a secret fate awaits the son of Poseidon.
Casting News

Walker Scobell, Leah Sava Jeffries and Aryan Simhadri star with Charlie Bushnell and Dior Goodjohn returning as series regulars. New cast joining in season two are Tamara Smart and Daniel Diemer.

Season 3 will likely film across the following areas:
- Volume stage at Mammoth Studios in Burnaby
- Camp Half-Blood locations in Langley/Aldergrove,
- Minaty Bay near Squamish
- Spanish Banks in Vancouver.
Jon Steinberg and Dan Shotz serve as showrunners on the series. Rick Riordan and Jon Steinberg created the show. Season 3 filming is likely to commence in late summer.
