Dante Basco came to MCM Comic Con London 2025 to meet with thousands of fans from around the world converging at the pop culture event.

Dante Basco is an American actor. He is known for his role as Rufio, the leader of the Lost Boys, in Steven Spielberg‘s Hook, Dolph in the cult film But I’m a Cheerleader, the lead character Ben Mercado in the independent film The Debut, and for voicing the titular protagonist of American Dragon: Jake Long and Prince Zuko in Avatar: The Last Airbender.
His voice acting roles include Zuko’s grandson General Iroh II in The Legend of Korra, Quoc Wong in The Proud Family, Jingmei in The Boondocks, Tuck in Generator Rex, Scorpion in Ultimate Spider-Man, and Jai Kell in Star Wars Rebels.
Claire Lim conducted the interview on Main Stage in front of the fans. The interview touched on much of Basco’s career not just his work on Avatar: The Last Airbender. We have some a number of smaller clips which you can take a look at via our YouTube page.
